RECOVERY
INSTITUTE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
Programs / Partial Hospitalization
All the clinical intensity of residential care — full days of therapy, psychiatry, and medication management — with evenings spent at home or in our sober-living residences. PHP is where treatment and real life start to overlap.
Most of our PHP clients are stepping down from residential treatment and ready to test their footing. Others start here directly — people whose withdrawal risk is low, whose home life is stable and supportive, and who need more than weekly therapy can offer.
Days run roughly 9 to 3, five to six days a week: a morning check-in, two group blocks, lunch together, then individual work — therapy, psychiatry, or family sessions depending on the day. You'll keep your residential therapist if you're stepping down, so nothing is lost in the hand-off.
Many clients return home in the evenings; others step down from residential into PHP while building routines that support recovery outside of clinical hours.
Call for a free assessment — we'll tell you honestly whether PHP or another level fits.
