Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Step 4 of the continuum 3–5 sessions a week Morning & evening tracks

Back at work, back at school, back with your family — and still in serious treatment. IOP delivers nine to fifteen hours of clinical care a week on a schedule built around your actual life.

Treatment that fits around a paycheck

Each session is a three-hour block: a process group where the week's real situations get worked through, and a skills block — relapse prevention, craving management, communication, stress tolerance. Individual therapy continues every week, and psychiatry stays available throughout.

Accountability is part of the design: attendance tracking and random drug screening aren't punitive — they're the structure that makes early independence hold. Employers and courts that require documentation get it promptly, with your consent.

Most clients spend six to twelve weeks in IOP before stepping down to aftercare and alumni support as life stabilizes.

TWO TRACKS
Morning
Mon / Wed / Fri · 9:00a – 12:00p
For second- and third-shift workers, parents with school-age kids, and early risers.
Evening
Mon / Tue / Thu · 5:30p – 8:30p
For nine-to-fivers — leave work, come to group, home by nine.
Is IOP enough?

If cravings are constant, home isn't stable, or withdrawal is still in play, a higher level of care will serve you better. The assessment call sorts this out honestly.

Keep your life. Change your life.

Ask about the next IOP start date — new groups form continuously.
